Welcome to Fourward: Eco-conscious clothing that keeps you moving forward

So what is this ticker all about?
As I mention in our “About” section, 4% of all sales goes towards the Keep Moving Fourward Entrepreneurship Competition for high school students nationwide. So the ticker is our way to keep track of that contribution. The smaller of the two dollar amounts is the daily increase in the pool of money, and the larger is the cumulative pool amount.

What about these chemicals?
Well, according to the US Department of Agriculture, about 3 ounces of chemicals (pesticides and synthetic fertilizers) are used to produce enough cotton for one t-shirt. Soooo, for every five or so t-shirts, you're looking at about a pound of chemicals sprinkled, sprayed, and/or dropped onto the Earth. The smaller amount is the daily amount of chemicals we have prevented from being used, and the larger amount is the cumulative amount.
