We will ship your order within two (2) business days of order receipt. Purchased items are determined NOT returnable or exchangeable if items have been worn, tags have been removed from items, or items have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Fourward LLC, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Please email us at cs@gofourward.com with your order number, contact information, reason for return/exchange, and if exchanging items, the details of any new items you would like to receive in your exchange. For your contact information, please include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information will allow us to contact you regarding the return/exchange if necessary.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping your return/exchange to Fourward LLC. Fourward LLC will, however, ship you back your newly exchanged items for free.

Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another Fourward LLC purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Please note that limited edition items and underwear are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
